Urban

URBAN brings together outdoor, urban and street photographs shaped by observation, public space and the everyday edges of the built environment.

  • Dark photograph of a harbour beneath a near-black sky. The sun is hidden behind a low cloud, sending pale beams upward, while marina masts, buildings and cranes form a thin silhouette above a narrow reflection on still water.

  • Black-and-white overhead photograph of a flattened ALBA grapefruit tequila can on rough dark asphalt, with the horse-and-rider logo, product lettering, opened tab and fine droplets still visible.
    Alba

  • Black and white overhead photo of a dead bird on pavement, surrounded by fallen white blossom and twigs, with a curved twig resembling a crescent moon nearby.

  • Vertical colour photograph of pale blue and pink wooden railings forming a layered geometric grid. A dark post divides modern houses and a silhouetted tree in the background, under cool blue dusk light.
    Bauhaus Blues

  • Black-and-white close photograph of a flattened Monster-branded drink can partly buried in cut grass and leaves, with the claw logo, guarana lettering and fragments of printed text still visible.
Black-and-white close photograph of a crushed drink can mostly hidden beneath tangled dry grass, leaves and ground debris, with only small pale sections of metal visible.
Black-and-white overhead photograph of a flattened aluminium drink can on rough soil and gravel, with its pull tab and circular base visible and loose dirt partly covering the printed surface.
Black-and-white overhead photograph of a crushed plastic bottle centred on rough dirt, with a visible neck, deeply folded body, mud stains, grass, stones and a pale broken fragment beside it.

  • Vertical black-and-white photograph of a worn concrete wall covered with repeated portrait flyers, protest notices, torn paper and broad painted lettering. Scratches and faint figure drawings mark the exposed surface above.
